Kachi Ghani ?

In Ancient India, oil was extracted from the seeds using a machine called Kachi Ghani.

In older times, bulls were used to drive these machines. While, in modern days, those bulls have been replaced by motors, but, the process remains the same.

Oil is extracted Naturally by grinding the seeds at Low Temperature in Kachi Ghani machine, hence it is also called Cold-Pressed. Oils are extracted at Low temperatures, due to which there is no change in their Properties or Nutrients, which in turn is very beneficial for the body.

Ayurveda also prescribes the use of oils that are extracted using Kachi Ghani.
